Question about the Zoom Q3 video recorder

<p>Hi Everyone,</p>

<p>My husband and I will be recording my son's pre-screens at home in the next few weeks with the Zoom Q3. Does anyone know how to upgrade from version 1 to version 2 or if this is even feasible? I thought I was purchasing the latest and newest version, but received version 1 instead of version 2. Very confusing. Apparently, version 1 cannot compensate for poor lighting. </p>

<p>As a follow up to my previous post, I’m returning the Zoom Q3 in exchange for the Zoom Q2HD. Not only is the Q2HD newer, it’s also considerably less expensive and has more functionality, such as streaming and a better mike. I’m posting this in case anyone else is in the market for a high quality video recorder. Hope to get it by the end of the week so we can start the pre-screens!</p>
