Question about transfering.

I am a freshman at another university and i applied for transfer to USF.
But when i check my admission status, it says that they have received partial transcripts from my current university. And it also states that the final transcripts are "Not Yet Received".
I know this means im going to have to send them my transcripts yet again after this semester is over, but my question is:
Will i have to wait until they receive this semester's transcripts until they make a decision?
Or will they decide on just my first semester of college?
If so, would they be screw me over if they are not happy with my second semester?

Thank You

This is FSU, not USF btw.

Post your question there for a more accurate response, but in my experience with college apps last year, Universities all made their decision before final transcripts were received. FSU’s status page had that same line about final transcripts not being received.

If you get in, and they noticed a significant drop in your GPA on your final transcript, they have the right to rescind your acceptance.

thanks, and my bad about posting in the wrong board.
