<p>on the usc admission process list, it says that I need to "Submit a Counselor/Teacher Report, with attached letter of recommendation"</p>
<p>does this mean I have to have a report and a letter? can the report be from my counselor and the letter be from a teacher, or does one have to fill out both? thanks for the help</p>
