Here's what it says on the Stanford website:

Students must be enrolled in a degree-seeking program and **complete at least one full academic year (two semesters or three quarters of full-time enrollment, excluding summer sessions) of college coursework prior to their anticipated enrollment at Stanford. **This requirement excludes AP credit, credit awarded by exam, and college courses taken during high school.

so that makes it seem like I should be eligible to apply to transfer from Harvard during my Sophomore year here, and go to Stanford as a Junior.. no?

From the quotes, it seems like you can transfer between your sophomore and junior year.

You can transfer between your freshman and sophomore year or between your sophomore and junior year.

you can try… but stanford lets in 3 or 4 transfers a year. total

hoping that coming from H will give me an advantage + strong GPA? shrugs they were the only school to reject me when I applied in HS and they were the only one I ever wanted to go to… after experiencing harvard this has fact has only become more pronounced.
