Hey guys!
I know that UPenn takes the highest of each subject for the SAT I, but requires that all applicants send their ENTIRE testing history. Why does UPenn require a student's whole testing history if they just take the highest score for each subject?
Or do UPenn admissions officers actually look at the scores you got for EACH individual sitting?

I imagine that they do look at the scores for each sitting, otherwise why require them. They might call foul on someone with:
800, 0, 0
0, 800, 0
0, 0, 800

So say, for example, a student gets: 800 M, 730 W, 650 CR and then takes it again and gets: 720 M, 750 W, 720 CR. Will UPenn consider the super score more heavily than, say, the individual scores?
