Did anyone do the Freshman Seminar that combine Intro to Arts and Science and the Seminar in Composition. I'm considering doing this, but I don't want to overwork myself for the first semester since I'm already a science major.

Also, since you have to have 120 credits to graduate and that requires 15 credits per hour, do you think that I should do the 15 credits or just take 12 credits to take it easy for the first semester. Also, how difficult is it to make those credits in another semester if I were only to take 12 or 13? I have a scholarship that only covers 8 semesters, if I were to take a summer course, that would use up my credit.

1) I’d recommend not doing the Freshman Seminar combined with Comp. I assure you, it’s not overly difficult at all, but you’ll end up writing about whatever goofy topics you talk about in there. Most of which aren’t too fun. Try to get into Comp:Film if you can, it’s much better.

2) I took 13 credits my first semester and quite honestly had a lot of free time / felt like I could have managed my time better. I’m taking 16 credits now, and it’s entirely doable. I’m not a science major though.

It depends on your major, but 12 is usually not enough, and 15 tends to be doable.

Don’t forget about community college courses in the summer, internship credit, study abroad, etc. Also, did you come in with any APs? Don’t forget about them.
