Hello,

My name is Susan and I will be starting my junior year at college this fall. I go to Baylor University (Texas) and I'm majoring in Biology, and minoring in Chemistry and Medical Humanities (my college is known for strict science and pre-med programs). My question might sound stupid, but in the last year I've been getting more and more paranoid as the MCAT's and application process for Med School approaches. I would like to know if anyone can tell me what my chances are given the following criteria:

*3.62 GPA,
*full-time student (16+hours/semester),
*part-time worker (10hrs/week/for 2 years) in a cafeteria as a Marketing Assistant,
*Spanish tutor (2hrs/week),
*NSCS member,
*Hall Leadership Team active leader (at my dormitory, and this takes up about 2hrs/week/ for 2 years),
*Volunteer at a hospital (2/3/hrs a week, for 1 year),
*I speak, write and read spanish fluently (it's my first language),
*I just ended a summer intership at a clinic shadowing doctors and getting trained as a Medical Assistant (7 weeks/ ~150 hours).

I do have some B's and B+'s at sciences, (as well as A's), and this portion is really what makes me most nervous. The fact that I'll be only 20 during med school interviews also makes me nervous. I consider myself an overachiever and a hard worker, but I'm afraid that since I don't have straight A's and I'm too young they might reject me.
I plan to do well on my MCAT's, but since i can't possibly know how I'm going to do, I am just concerned. Supposing that I get higher than a 30 on my MCAT's, what are my chances?
Any help would be of great use and highly appreciated by this scared pre-medical wreck.
