Question on a Topic for Common App

Alright, so I've started my Common App essay (the first one: A major personal experience, achievement, risk or ethical dilemma...), and I was wondering what some of you might think about the subject I chose ( as in if it's strong or not). I wrote about how I had worked in law firm in China over my summer as an intern and was faced with the ethical(?) dilemma of taking the easy way out in translating an important document or actually putting in long hours to finish the work (knowing that if a piece of slipshod work were produced, it would be detrimental to the firm).

tl;dr: Worked in Law Firm, faced ethical dilemma of putting in work or not. Chose hard work over slipshod work. Good subject?

I dont really think thats an ethical dilemma because you were not faced with a decision which would either result in compromising your morals or harming another person.
Also, think of the way an admissions officer would view the statement “I had to decide whether I wanted to do my job, or put in no effort at all, and I chose to do the job that I signed up to do.”
