I filled out one college app for a CSU East Bay last year because I thought I was going to move, I wasnt sure yet but filled it out anyway. I was given a fee waiver. I asked my counselor if it was going to hurt me if I didnt attend and he said no, that nothing happens. I ended up staying in the area, thus not transferring and continuing my education at the community college I'm currrently at.

This Spring 2014 semester, I'm applying for financial aid appeal for exceeding 90 unit limit. As a backup plan, in case I dont win the appeal, I applied to three CSU's near me, making it a total of 4 fee waivers from 2012-2013

How many application fee waivers are we allowed, and is it per semester or entirely? I'm asking because if I win the appeal for my financial aid, I wont be transferring - I'll be finishing off at the community college for economic reasons and then transferring, which I'll need another fee waiver. I was told the limit was 4, so is this the lifetime limit? Or can I get another fee waiver?

I used CSUMentor. Thanks for your feedback.
