Hi all,

I was hoping to get some input regarding what MBA admissions groups look for in terms of work experience. I graduated about three years ago and spent the first 1.5 years of my career in Big 4 Audit and then subsequently moved to the business valuation group. My goal is to begin an MBA program in two years. I'm currently debating between taking an investment banking offer or not.

My question is, would it look better from an admissions standpoint if I stayed in business valuation and was promoted to senior associate next year or if I spent the year in investment banking instead?

Thanks!
