<p>No. They do not accept anything that is not part of their own Columbia Application. I had to give both forms to my teachers. </p>
<p>Common application teacher form has more evaluation check marks as I can remember. Columbia form is less inclusive I believe in that regard.</p>
<p>Please always make sure the institution accepts the common application. There are some that do not and there are some that have both - their own and common app. Columbia has only its own.</p>
