For awards you have two of such as AIME Qualifier and BPA State 1st place, can you just put x2?

For example:

AIME Qualifier(x2)

Anybody know?

Maybe better to say in what school year(s) they were received: like AIME Qualifier (10,11)

You should say what year/grade you received the award, not the particularly specific amount.
