<p>Percentiles. OK looking at Collegeboards link regarding the percentiles, its clear, atleast with respect to cr m ect, that percentiles go up to 99+. What exactly does this + mean(of coarse i understand that the rarity is greater than 1 out of 99 duh).? At what rarity does 99+ kick in, 1 our of 100 or 1 out of 120. I believe that i once found the relative rarity of the percentiles to be lower than expected, suggesting the collegeboards awknowledgment that the test tests above average people. Any thoughts?</p>
<p>Well, if it were true, it'd be okay. It's a test that decides who gets into college, they can set the standard where ever they want to.</p>
