I’m going to self study AP Physics B while taking IB Physics SL at my school. Since my school doesn’t administer that AP test in May, I have to take it at another high school. Here are my questions.

Is my school supposed to send my AP info booklet (where you mark which AP exams you’ll be taking this year) with the AP number to the other school or do I have to memorize my AP number since I’m taking a few ap tests before physics.

Do I have to bubble in my name, address, city, zip code, etc. again because I’m taking it at a different school? You’re only supposed to bubble the above info during your first exam, but is there an exception in my case?

It really depends on what your first AP exam is that May. Physics is pretty late in the testing time so I would imagine you taking other APs before Physics, in which case you get the booklet from your school, and then take it with you to the other school, since you have to use the same AP number for all your tests that year, regardless of what school you are taking it at.

No, no exception. Your address is your address. Unless you moved it wouldn't change just because you took it at another school. They use that info to mail you your scores, as well as tell your school what APs you took and what grades you got on them. Taking an AP at another school doesn't matter.

You will need the stickers from your information booklet. See if you can arrange to take it with you to the other school. If not, write in your AP number. Tests are identified by your AP number.

^Yes, also, MAKE SURE YOU KNOW YOUR AP NUMBER OR BRING YOUR BOOKLET TO THE OTHER SCHOOL! You cannot go call somebody for it once the test starts, and if you do not put your AP number down you run the risk of losing your test.
