Is a chemical engineering GPA of 3.3 and a cumulative of 2.7 sufficient for a good internship??

That cumulative really should be a 3.0. A lot good internships have that as the cutoff. However, there still are other internships for <3.0. Don't worry if you can't get into the popular ones, try to do a normal one and from there you can build up your resume and get more lucrative ones. Experience is experience.

How do you quantify what is a "good" internship?

am talking about big comapnies like dupont,General Electric,Allen Busch,Cargill and the likes.
