Questions about rushing your scores

If I’m retaking the SAT I in Oct., do I need to rush the scores? Also, if I’m taking SAT IIs in November, do you know the likelihood that Upenn will get my rushed scores before they review my application? That will probably be really important for me.

Some more questions about scores: On the application, they give you six spaces to fill out all your SAT II scores. Should you just put your 2-3 highest scores, or all of them. And also, if you’re retaking one of the SAT IIs, should you still put down your old crappy score?

Thanks a lot.

Last year I never had to rush my scores and I was able to get everything up to November in for Early Decision (Princeton), and I think Penn would be the same way. If it makes you feel more comfortable though, rush them.

Yes put down your old scores unless you can get newer, better scores before the deadline when you have to send your application. The colleges will receive all your SAT2 scores so if you want to include your top three, that's fine (it's what I did), but they will still see everything. Even if you include your old scores on the app but send newer scores via Collegeboard, the colleges will still see your new scores, so don't worry.

If you take the October SAT's don't rush. Definitiely rush November.

But don't go all-rush happy. Its like 25 bucks to rush, and that adds up.

if i plan the rush the nov scores, should i put down the old SAT scores on the apps, and they'll get the new one when i rush it?
