Questions about scholarship/financial aid

Can someone transferring as a junior get full scholarship? I heard someone say u can't.
What's the maximum amount of financial aid or grants that usc give out? I...... really want to attend USC majoring in accounting. but it's not gonna happen...cuz the tuition is so expensive..sigh T-T

And to answer:

Financial aid is awarded based on the information on your CSS/Profile. The maximum amount of aid any student is eligible for is :

Cost of attendance - expected contribution = need

USC uses the CSS/Profile to determine need, so your FAFSA EFC does not apply, except to determine your eligiblity for Federal aid. It would be a good idea to use the institutional method calculator at the College Board website to get a rough estimate of how much Profile schools will expect you to contribute.
