<p>2 and 3. Most likely. Colleges generally accept the October scores via regular delivery for EA or ED and they can arrive after the app deadline date; in fact many even accept November scores. Nevertheless, it always helps to check particular college because a few may actually say that the score needs to be sent (not just ordered) by the November 1 deadline date in which case it may be safer to name the college as a send before the score comes out to assure it gets sent on time. The agencies usually send scores electronically every two weeks and one goes as soon as test scores come out.</p>
