Questions about Temple & Tisch

Hi! I'm a High Schooler who is going to be a senior in a few months, and I had a few (quite a few) questions about colleges. Some of these questions might seem like stupid ones, but I'm just trying to be thorough. Also they're long, but like I said, I just want to be thorough, and better to give too much information than too little.

Do colleges consider state standardized tests? I'm very proud of my standardized testing scores (including getting the highest possible score in writing), but I don't know if they'll matter overall.

How many colleges is a good amount to apply to? I want to major in theatre, and most of those require auditions, and traveling all over the place is not possible. I'm only planning on applying to 2 colleges (Temple University and Tisch), but most people I know are applying to more.

Is it realistic/possible for me to want to get into either of these schools musical theater programs with no (credible) acting experience? I know that I want to be an actress, there's no doubt, but I'm cyberschooled and the local high school doesn't let anyone not attending the school try out for any plays. I have gone to two theater camps at the local college and student interned as an instructor at another theater camp at the same college.

Should I list being a Girl Scout even if I don't have the highest award? I've been one for coming up on 13 years and I do have several other awards from them including the leadership award and the advocate award. However chances are I will not get the Gold Award, which is equivalent to the Eagle Award for Boy Scouts. I want to, but it comes down to the fact that I would need to spend about 130 hours to get all of the requisites I need to, not counting planning time. And I'd rather put that time into schoolwork.

What are some other specific EC's that would be good for these colleges/these majors? Other than being in plays because that really isn't possible.

Thank you for any and all help you can give me!
