I have a 1250, is it a good score for Rutgers - NB SAS?

yes they superscore.
if you’re a junior, i would highly suggest to keep studying and to take it one more time bc the average now is around 1350 for SAS. the scores keep increasing every year which leads to more competition. your score may be good enough for nb if your gpa is higher than their average.
if anything, you’ll at least get into newark
