I'm an international student from China but I have stayed in the US for a long time (since high school). I go to University of Missouri-Columbia now. I will be a junior this fall but with a senior standing. I did two years of Biochemical Engineering before switching into business school. From engineering, I got a math minor as well as a big emphasizes in Biochemistry (done two semesters of organic chem and many bio classes). My current major is BS Econ and Finance. My school does have a top 20 MAcc programs but I'm not interested in doing it. That's because I do not wanna stay in Missouri and I plan to find jobs with the Big 4s in Eastern/Western coasts. Also, my school doesn't give bachelor degree in accounting and they only give 5 year master in accounting degree.

My current GPA is about 3.55 and I'm in my school's Honors College. I think I could graduate with 3.6-3.7 range. I have already taken GMAT with a score of 710. I'm involved in many school activities and clubs. I have done two internships already. I just finished an internship with Missouri Department of Economics Development. Moreover, I own a LLC company based in Florida. My small company deals with condo rental. I advertise and contact many clients.

I'm wondering if I should apply top MAcc programs elsewhere? I would like to apply MAcc programs of UT Austin, USC, UIUC and UNC. What are my chances? I especially worry the negative impact of my undergrad school as it's not an elite undergrad school.

Also, I'm wondering how to get into an elite MBA program like H/S/W. Should I work for a Big 4 company for several years and then apply these MBA programs? Eventually, I would like to work for top consulting companies like BCG and McKinsey & Co.
