Questions about Wharton

I just have a few questions concerning how Wharton (Huntsman Program also) decides on their students.

I know, you have to have all the good grades and ECs, etc. I was wondering, say, you have solid enough grades, but your ECs are towards, more non-business, non-international-relation related ECs, such as arts, music, some varsity sports (but not team captain or nationally/state/regionally recognized, just a good 'ole member of the team), and community service & clubs (but just members, not president, etc.)

So my question is, does Wharton prefer business ECs? I know that Wharton just wants dedicated, passionate students, but I was wondering if they like people who are good at a little bit of everything or people who are just really good at a few things.

Also, does Huntsman prefer the international-relation -- business - related ECs? I know that they want students to demonstrate their ability to be proficient in their program, but I want to know if just Model UN (an EC) would be sufficient enough for the international-relation-business EC. And possibly a summer job/business internship would be sufficient too?

there are so many threads here about "business related ECs..."
