<p>I am trying to figure out whether ETS actually sent the scores I requested, yet everytime i call i get an automated service that does not give an option to talk to a customer service rep. One of my schools did not get the scores I sent three weeks ago--i need to talk to someone asap! help!</p>
<p>also, the schools i have talked to asked if i sent my scores via paper or electronically, but the automated service i used never asked me which i preferred--does anyone know what the default is?</p>
