Questions?

Hey guys!

It looks like a ton of you all are applying...
I went through the exact same process last year and it can be stressful.
If you have any questions about applications, or just boarding school in general, feel free to ask!

Good luck!

How’s Exeter? NE falls are amazing, must be nice with the trees and all.

Haha, it’s great.
The fall’s really scenic; I mean, the falls back home were nice but it’s just gorgeous here.

Are you applying this year?

Yep…

Have you been to Boston as of yet?

Uh, no.
It’s only been like a month… I don’t think they have a trip there until a while.

Is it wonderful? Did it live up to your expectations or was there a letdown?

Exeter?
It’s beyond wonderful, it really is.
People might have said, “Oh, everyone at Exeter’s depressed. Everyone is so unsocial…” it really isn’t.

I was really scared that the teachers would be really hard graders and the classes would be incredibly hard.
But the thing is, you won’t notice those things if you work hard.

It’s great, I love it here.
I haven’t regretted coming here one bit.

I’m applying to Exeter for ninth grade. What did you write about for your essays?

it’s gorgeous! I’m at mx, so there’s a bus to boston/cambridge at least every other sunday. i’ve never seen the leaves change like this, it’s so amazing!

Haha, agreed.

Um, I don’t think that the essay topics are the same…
But I think I wrote about an event that changed my life, something that I overcame, and uh…
I can’t remember at the moment.
A lot of the essay topics were the same so it’s all sort of muddled.
But if you need help with your essays I can try to help.
