<p>i do robotics, and for 6 weeks during the build season we work 30 hours a week, literally, and then for the rest of the year we have meetings twice or three times a week for a total of maybe 5 hours a week. so what do i put for the hours i spent a week on my application, specifically the Penn app cause that doesnt even have a place for weeks per year?</p>

<p>should i find the total number of hours a year i do with the club...or is that not right?</p>

<p>Find the average? 180 + 170 = 350 hours --> ~9 hours/week (assuming your school year is 40 weeks, like mine).</p>

<p>or u may just mention the total no. of weeks you worked and no. of hrs there... instead of showing that u worked the entire year for less time. u may show u worked for a lesser period of year but for a greator no.of hrs.</p>
