For the part where you list your senior year course schedule, what do I put for course number?

i'm not too sure what the course number is, actually.. hm

maybe it's what your school's code is for your class -- i.e. one of mine is "AP Literature and Composition," but the course I.D. number beside it is "ENG4APF-03-01" - maybe that's the course number?

Yeah, the course number is a number assigned by your school to the class. Typically you can find it on your schedule. However, not all high schools assign course numbers.

In Figure 1 (ImageShack - Hosting :: dsc01784qq2xv2.jpg), for example, my Library Science course, the course number was 85062. My AP English Literature and Composition course number was 14043 (and 14044 for the second semester).

That's what I was initially thinking but it seems that pieces of information would mean nothing to Michigan :/. Anyone else have any thoughts?

For high school freshman applicants, it probably doesn't in most cases, but is a useful tracking tool.

It is definitely more important for transfer students with college courses taken, for course numbers are used to track courses (for prelim transfer credit evals and such) instead of the name.
