Can you send in your application before you send in your SAT scores and your transcript? If so, what is the longest time you can have to send in the remaining parts?

Yes, colleges will hold on to the various parts of your application until it is complete.

Ideally you want to have everything into the college by the deadline. That said, colleges often make exceptions for things like LORs that are somewhat out of the applicant’s control. YMMV, so the best plan is to have everything in by the deadline.

Sure. You can send in your application as soon as you get it filled out. You can send in the SAT scores and LORs when you get 'em in. Schools will not penalize you for the College Board and teachers being a little late, but you will want to get the main app. in by the deadline. Best of luck!
