<p>So everywhere that I have applied REGULAR decision has told me that I will hear my decision BY April 1st. Does this mean that I could hear it earlier?
Or is April 1st pretty much the day that all of the decisions will be released? </p>

<p>It means that April 1st is the absolute latest day that you can get your decision. It is possible that you will get your decision before that day, though!</p>
<p>What minohi said! Though there’s still a chance it could be delayed by a day or two thanks to the Post Office. My Lycoming EA notification was “by December 15,” but didn’t come until the 16th, for example.</p>
