Wait, so when I applied in high school the submission for UCs, to what I remember, was due October 31st?
Now, and I guess I JUST saw this (so I’m very sorry if it’s a terribly stupid question) but it says Fall 2016 app is due November 1 - 30? So just wanted someone to confirm: when exactly is the last day to submit the UC app?

Yes, you submit entire month of November.
Try not to wait until the last minute. A friend of mine finished her personal statement at 11:55 on the 30th, and hastily submitted her app. Don’t do it, it’s not fun.
