Quick Question on Baccalaureate program

I am interested in applying to to tranfer directly into a business school. If i don't get in though I will still be allowed to enter the university's college of arts and sciences. On the business schools website it says this about applying for admission from current students.

"Typically, students are eligible to apply during their second year for enrollment in the following fall semester. First-year students may apply if they have completed all requirements before enrollment. Also, third-year students may apply but should realize they must complete a five-year baccalaureate program."

The business school has a 2 year program. So when it says third-year students may apply but should realize they must complete a five-year baccalaureate program, all that means is they have to stay for 5 years to get the degree. It would still be the same degree just starts later correct? I'm confused by the baccalaureate program. Is that just a fancy way of saying your gonna have to stay an extra year?

Thank you

“third-year students may apply but should realize they must complete a five-year baccalaureate program.” means that if you decide to apply to that program during your junior year at that university (instead of during your first or second year) the business coursework will still take a full two years to complete. You can’t cram it all into only one year. Students will still receive the same degree (bachelor’s) but will spend an extra year in college to do so.
