Quick question regarding "RUSH DELIVERY" of SAT scores

I actually have two questions ;). I just want to know what you guys think about my chances (if any at all) of getting into the UC's.
Weighted GPA: 3.00 flat (completely slacked and I regret it)
SAT 1 Score: 1950
SAT 2 Match IIC: 640
SAT 2 Chemistry: 550
200+ Community service hours at a local math academy as well as volunteer school work

I applied to everysingle UC because hell, you only have one chance, might as well apply to everything even with lackluster credentials.

Okay, my main question is this: do I have to rush send my SAT scores as of today (11/29/06) for all of my SAT scores? Or will the 3-5 weeks be more than enough for the UC's? Thanks so much

i would also like to know that, as i am sending in my uc apps tonight.

my d applied EDI to a college and admissions asked her to have the Nov. scores rushed. I contacted college board regarding the fee for rush scores and they told me that all scores are going to be two day delivery to colleges. Check with college board to verify this if you want to make sure.

I contacted the UC office during the Thanksgiving week (Tuesday), and they told me that I dont have to rush score.
I don't think you need to either, because the deadline is somewhere between end of Dec and beginning of Jan.

You can call them again if you want to make sure :)

I just got confirmation that you do not need to rush scores. Thanks so much for all of the input guys. If anyone has opinions on my first question I'm all ears :)

Lol a lot of my friends were panicking, so they decided to rush their scores even though I told them they didn't have to. Some of them are spending upwards of $200 just to send their scores. Ridiculous
