<p>Last month I applied to a college and was supposed to hear back by December 1st at the latest. Currently I have not received any decision from this college and I checked my "portal account" and it says that I should be receiving my decision in the mail, but this was over 2 weeks ago? Would it be appropriate to call/email the admissions office or do you think the mail could be running slow or someother problem. Also, if i were to call/email, what would be the correct way to address this situation?</p>
<p>You’ve been patient, give them a call. Just say that you haven’t gotten a decision via either your online account or mail and could they tell you over the phone or by email.</p>
