I have a friend who is a fairly recent retiree from major league baseball (closing pitcher). In his opinion the worst thing that has happened to sports in America are the year round programs. He says he sees so many kids playing soccer, softball, baseball, swimming, etc. all year to the exclusion of other sports that they do "burn out" and also many do not get the opportunity to experience different sports that they many enjoy or excel at. The OP sounds like she has been able to juggle different sports which is good, but exhausting with the year round swimming. Maybe its time to take a break let yourself see what your passion really is. If swimming has become a chore to you now, being on a college team would be even more demanding.
