Ran Out of Room Common App

<p>I wrote my extracurricular essay (and it is under 1000 characters) but because of the way it's structured and formatted, it doesn't even come close to fitting on the PDF common app.</p>

<p>Should I write "See attached" for the EC Essay and then put the essay in the additional information section? I mean, only 265 out of 984 characters fit... I would have to write an entirely new essay!</p>

<p>I would contact your schools to see what they recommend. Why don’t you try removing most of your special formatting to try to get it to fit? You may need the Add Info section for something like a resume or other information…</p>
