Ranking "top" CSUs and "middle" or "bottom" UCs

Overall Undergraduate Education:

1. UC Berkeley
2. UCLA
3. UCSD
4. Cal Poly SLO
5. UC Davis
6. UC Irvine
7. UC Santa Barbara
8. UCSC
9. San Diego State University
10. UC Riverside
11. Cal Poly Pomona
12. Long Beach State
13. Sonoma State
14. UC Merced

Reasons why Cal Poly SLO is up so high: 3rd highest graduate salaries out of public universities (behind UCB and UVA). 89% of grads are either in grad school, or fully employed after 1 year of being graduated. Because getting an internship is required coursework for grads, they are looked at as much more prepared for the workforce. Aka: A newly graduated Cal Poly SLO student generally would get the job when compared to a graduate out of UC Davis.
