Rankings

I know rankings aren't everything (or anything really), but TCNJ seems like a great school and its not in the USNews rankings? Whats with that

It is under schools in the North for Grad students.

Well yeah, but its a good school for undergrads too

Just recently, TCNJ has moved up to the "Most Competitive" category of the Barron's Profiles of American Colleges joining the best schools in the country. Unfortunately, the College is not very well-known outside the Northeastern region and has not yet had a chance to enjoy nation-wide attention. But in a couple of years, who knows?

^ Good point. I looked it up and is one of only seven public schools in the most competitive category, whcih is quite amazing. Makes it seem even weirder that USNews doesn't have it in their top 50 public universities

USnews is a bogus list. Half of the placements don't make sense and are ridiculous. If you know anything about medical schools, check out their med school list and you can see that its pretty messed up.

Anyone who looks to USNEWS as their primary or sole source for a perspective on the quality of a college and whether or not it provides a sound education for one's particular needs is mining for fool's gold.
