Rate my chance as of now

I'm a sophomore as of now. I started freshman year with 3.1 uw and 3.25 w. With the hard work this year alone, and counting junior year which I'm confident I will be able to, i could get my gpa to 3.4 uw and 3.6 w at the very least if now higher. I haven't taken SAT's yet, so what score should I aim for?

My Extra Curriculars are: Key Club 4 yrs( 200 hours ), hospital volunteer, track and field (3years), tutor for elementary kids, John Hopkin Youth Search Award, In negotiation for joining SADD this year so 3 yrs that, and football possibly 2yrs.

How do I look if I keep the hard work up, this could give me even more motivations, and what SAT score would be ideal to aim for?

Extra: Don't know if this helps, but dad is a practicing physician at one of Pitt's Medical Centers.

Don’t put a number on it - just aim for the best. Make it your goal to blow them out. You want to walk into those SATs knowing in your bones that you’re gonna crush them. That’s the attitude!

They generally like to see a 600 math and a 600 reading. However, I got into the School of Arts & Sciences as a computer science major with a 680 math, 640 writing, and a 520 reading.
