Rate my chances ED1

Hello, I was wondering if anyone could rate my chances of getting into William and Mary.

I applied ED1 to W&M, and my grades are okay but I have a great SAT score.

I go to a small and difficult high school and my grade is an 88 (we don’t wight grades) but I have taken honors courses throughout high school and am taking 4 APs this year. I have a 1540 SAT score and I have a good amount of extracurriculars. I am in the school choir, I ran JV on the cross country team, I am part of a leadership program for incoming freshman, I have worked as a busboy and waiter at a pool near my house, I am the vice-captain of the Quiz Bowl team, and I have worked as a volunteer counselor at a summer camp for disabled children.

I know my grades aren’t the best, but they were really bad in freshman year and I have worked hard to improve them over the years, to which they have been steadily improving every year.

Also, I live in Virginia and am applying instate.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Any reason I haven’t received any responses?

GPA weighted/unweighted??

@rvgros22 my GPA I believe is around a 3.7 weighted, but I am not sure because our school gives an average out of 100 and doesn’t weight. Also, I was deferred.

I’m sorry you weren’t accepted, but you’re still in the running! Maybe they just want to see that you can get good grades while managing 4 AP’s at the mid-year mark.

Best wishes for W&M and all your RD (or ED2) schools!

@3SailAway Thank you for your response! First of all, sorry for responding late. I have been working hard this year, and have around a 3.5UW (4.1W) so far during my senior year. All I have to do now is focus on doing well on my exams!
