<p>I'm confused. What would it mean if I said I will be applying to the Residential College program? Is this an umbrella term for all special residential programs or is there a separate one designated RC?</p>
<p>I've already submitted mine saying that I'm not an RC candidate, but if an RC includes the whole honors college and other dealy-things, I'm going to have to change that..in that case, how would I go about doing that??</p>

<p>The Residential College is a seperate program within the LSA and independent of the Honors program, though you can be both in the RC and Honors. Students in the RC live in the East Quad and have a special curriculum in addition to the LSA that includes arts and intensive language courses. RC students have the option of certain majors and courses only available to RC students in addition to LSA majors and courses.</p>
<p>LSA offers many different learning/living community options, but they are not part of the RC. So don't worry, you only needed to check the RC option if you are interested in the RC. It has no effect on honors or other community options.</p>
