<p>I am! The supplemental essay was surprisingly difficult to write, I'm still not entirely satisfied with mine--have to walk a fine line between cheesy/cliche/insincere-sounding stuff vs. being really really really specific and having it sound too good to be true, you know?</p>
<p>yeah, the same here. So confused. I am still now working on it. I am so confused. Stand on the line between two ideas. I must choose one as quickly as possible.

<p>hey i'm applying RD too, but I sort of wish i did EDII. i would go to Bowdoin over every school i applied to except for two that are tied - so i didnt want to be in a binding decision.
and as for the supp essay - i struggled so much what to write, and then how to write it.</p>
<p>why don't you ED II Bowdoin ? I changed to ED II Bowdoin 'cos i love Bowdoin so much. </p>

<p>Hlover, you're the first person I've heard that has exactly the same logic as me...apply RD and see about the financial aid. And I couldn't really decide on one school, either, although Bowdoin's definitely up there! </p>

<p>I wanted to do ED but my parents just wouldn't have it. They thought that I was limiting myself but commiting to only one institution so early. To be honest they want me to go to Cambridge... I don't want to. Bowdoin all the way!!</p>
<p>Cambridge is really good too. Its ok. If your stat is really good, no matter what your choice is ED or RD, you will be in. So, You def can go to Bowdoin ^ ^</p>

<p>I got an interview at Cambridge, everyone was so pompous. I just couldn't see myself there... and to be honest, I think I'm just tired of living in England as well.</p>

<p>oh , so come come :) my best friend is studying in London too. She was rejected by Oxford in the interview. She cried out ~~ poor her. I am telling her to go to USA :X esp bowdoin ^ ^</p>
<p>A lot of extremely intelligent people were rejected from Oxford and Cambridge from my school. A lot of people were really really upset about it. I tried to convince all of my friends to apply to the states, and yeh especially bowdoin. haha. One of my friends got accepted ED1 and there are a couple more who are applying RD like me.</p>
