RD Decision

I applied as a transfer student. Does anyone know when transfers have historically received notification? Are all the transfer notifications sent out at the same time, as the regular decisions are?

Transfer decisions are mailed May 15th.

w00t, I’m in! Assuming financial aid pans out (which it may not, I’ve heard Reed can be stingy), I’ll see some of you guys in the fall.

Congratulations maxdel! If Reed really wants you there, and if you really want to be there, Financial Aid will work out. :)

Congratulations unitofobscurity! I’m sorry fromrussia. :(

I got in. Its gonna be a tough one to choose the school in which to attend… I’ve been accepted to Williams (on an early write), Vassar and Brandeis Uni. Congratulations for all who got in and best of luck for those who didnt!

Congratulations to everyone who got in! Waiting for the admissions package now. Any ideas on when should we actually be expecting to receive the admissions package?

Congratulations on all your acceptances (especially Reed) Pictor! Biased advice: Choose Reed. But no, seriously, if it’s meant for you, it’ll trump every other college. Good Luck with your choice.

ccprofile, you’re an international applicant, right, if I’m not mistaken? Your FedEx package should reach you by 31st March. Mine reached me in India on 31st March last year. Congratulations! :)

^Thanks! Yeah, I’m an international applicant from Nepal. After that extremely delightful acceptance e-mail, I just can’t wait for the the admissions package. Even Mar. 31 doesn’t seem soon enough!

Okay, same region then. Yay fellow South Asian. Don’t worry-time flies and there’s confetti to celebrate so it’s worth the wait. :)

I visited this weekend with other prospies, and before they even told us we were accepted (lots of confetti and vacuuming involved), I was in love. I just got my “official letter” today, and it’s made me even more excited to get back to Oregon.

Reed- thank you immensely. For the confetti, Wyatt Cenac, and the financial aid.
