RD Decisions

My son is accepted for the Fall…and we will attend my daughter’s graduation from Elon in May. His best friend just found out he will also be going to Elon, while his older sister is going to be a junior there! I thought this was a great coincidence, but my daughter tells me there are LOTS of siblings at Elon. Families love it…the sense of community is so strong. We are from a very competitive school system in the Northeast, and nothing speaks more highly than having one child attend Elon, then having a younger sibling want to go there too. We visited many, many schools with my son, thinking he would want to select something different, that would be his own. But his first choice was always Elon, and it was good to have this confirmed by really considering other choices. Congratulations to all those accepted…looking forward to meeting the students and parents soon!
P.S. For those not accepted yet…my son’s friends was deferred EA. He worked to ace his classes this past semester and sent regular updates to admissions on his continued interest in Elon. He is thrilled that his hard work and persistence made a difference!!
