My status says “Status not available” too… But I have very small chances to get in. Perhaps they just randomize the different versions of the message?
I know I’m trying to look for other solutions… It’s just that I don’t wanna get my hopes high for USC even though it’s one of my dream schools :(

And I cn still see “Meet USC”

Is there any indication if you can see “Meet USC”?

This is a surefire way to check for admission decisions.

Call your local DHL office and check if a package is coming your way out of LA. Assuming you dont have any other packages due, you can be sure it’s the admissions package from USC, since rejection letters don’t get courier treatment.

Worked for me in Singapore.

@rainaftershine: thanks! i live in Shanghai so i was so surprised to get the package so early. None of my friends who applied have gotten a package yet though…and i was also able to log into the rsvp webpage earlier today and saw that i was admitted before the site was shut down. But my status on usconnect is still “status unavailable”

Anyone from India receive the package?

I got my dhl today without the email. And yes it is an acceptance ;D
So don’t worry guys if you are not getting it

^ hi minkey, could I know where you are from? CONGRATSSSSSS :D

Mickey congrats!!! Where do you live??

I asked DHL in China, but they say there is no package for me from USC ,and my state is also “Status not available”. So upset.

Just called DHL from Singapore and they said they had a package dispatch from USC for me yesterday! I am so excited!

PS Still “Status not available”

does DHL hand deliver these packadges?
or some other way?

Just called Dhl in china and there was no package for me. I can only hope it hasn’t been scanned yet… But 80% of me is pretty sure I didn’t get in. Sad face.

I called DHL in Indonesia and the guy wouldn’t tell me without any tracking number. I guess I’ll just wait.

@sirla Usually yeah they hand deliver the packages… They need a signature of the receiver right.

Based on previous years, DHL is the carrier for international acceptance packages.

So I assume contacting DHL is the only way you’re gonna find out before any mail hits your box. The DHL office in Singapore required only my name and address to release the waybill no. and relevant information. If DHL’s being reluctant in your country, take heart that news i on the way.

My package departed DHL’s Cincinnati Hub in Ohio on 28/3/2012, 06:03, probably for Hong Kong before arriving in Singapore no later than Monday, 2/4/2012.

I’m from HK and still waiting…

vinayisgod, seems like you’re from india. Have you or anyone you know received the package?

I just called the dhl and nothing for me…
Ugg…I guess I’m rejected…

Wait so does the package not come out zip code 90089? Cuz the guy I talked to needed the sender’s zip code and full name since I don’t have the tracking number. Please help!

It probably came out of USC’s zip code. There’s no name provided on my DHL page.

so just to clear things up, the legitimacy of the “status not available” sign isn’t necessarily an indication of an acceptance? I’m hoping it’s correlated somehow because I have a status not available sign but don’t want to get too much false hope.
