Reach, match, and safety schools in texas for me

I am starting my senior year of high school. I wanted to get a few opinions on what schools in texas (I live there) would be reaches, low reach, high match, match, etc. for someone with my stats. (I want to go into engineering)

SAT (2nd time):
Math-760
Reading-750
Writing740

I've taken all advanced and honors classes my entire high school career.

AP classes:
Chem.
Physics C
APLAC
APUSh
APCalc
APStats
AP Gov/Econ

My extracurricular are a bit lacking though:
Robotics club (2 years)
Band (4 years)
Church youth group leadership
200+ hours of volunteer work
NHS (inducted junior year)

My class rank is what really holds me back from the schools I want to get into (UT or shudder A&M) I'm 80/485
My GPA is 3.72 UW

I'm kind of shy so I don't know any of my teachers well enough to get great letters of rec. (any advice on this would be appreciated as well)

Thanks for any and all input (:
p.s. my GPA has somewhat of an upward trend f-98.0 s-95.2 j-101ish
Sorry if this post was really long

UT will be a reach, especially the Engineering program.

You are guaranteed admission at A&M due to your class rank and SAT scores. That doesn’t, however, guarantee that you will get into the Engineering program at A&M, but I would think you stand a decent chance (based on students I know in Engineering there).

Texas Tech, University of Houston and UT-Dallas all have strong Engineering programs.
