I took a practice ACT, and I got like a 22 on the reading. How can I raise it to a 30-33? I'm taking the actual ACT on Saturday. Any tips? Oh, and should I read the whole passage? It's hard not to.

Here are some tips that many people have given on this board to others.

Read the passages in the order that they interest you because you can understand them better since you won't zone out and you'll get more questions right.

Glance at the questions really quickly before reading, so you know what you are looking for.

Skim very very quickly, but do not skim so fast that you don't pick up the details.

That's really about it.

Yea, usually, when I practice I get around 11 wrong. Hopefully I'll do well Saturday.

Thanks!
