Realistic Colleges To Transfer To

I am currently a sophomore majoring in biomedical engineering at a Big10 school. While the engineering program here is great, throughout my first year and a half here, I have felt a certain detachment from everyone. There's just a certain feeling that I don't belong here. I am quite sure I'd like to transfer schools. Through 3 semesters i have a 4.0 GPA, and this semester looks to be no different. I'd love to go to a school like Stanford or MIT, but with those transfer acceptance rates being within 2-5%, applying doesn't seem very realistic. So my question is, where are some great places for me to continue my major that I can actually get in to.

Thanks in advance.

Can you be a little more specific about the school that you now attend and you High School Stats. Also biomedical engineering is one major whose rankings really differ from the general engineering school rankings so you can look into a large no. of E schools with biomed engineering.

Notre Dame. 35 percent transfer rate and loves kids with strong high school grades + strong college grades.

Sure. I got a 3.28GPA in high school in the IB program. I got my IB Diploma, if that counts for anything.

1420 SAT
SAT II Physics - 750
SAT II Math II - 730

Nothing spectacular. I’m actually in Indiana right now, and I would really really like to get out. Thanks though.

Case Western Reserve U?

you should apply to penn or hopkins bme. 4.0 over three semesters is really solid.
