Realistic schools for me??

I'm a junior and I'm obsessing/spazzing/stressing over college. I know I can get in to some average schools, but I want to go to a fantastic one. I'm a smart kid, I'm just not a super-genius extraordinare. I have my list of colleges that I would love to go to, and some other schools that I'd just apply to to appease my parents & be 'safe'.

Gender: F
Race: W
not a first year generation college kid
middle class
Location: Miami
College Class Year: 2014
High School: Public, extremely competitive
High School Type: sends many grads to top schools
(aka Yale, Harvard, MIT, Emory, Duke, U Chicago, Vanderbilt, NYU, USC, UCLA, BC, BU, UNC, UF, etc.)
My high school is a ridiculously over-achieving and competitive school, but for some reason it's not on the US news list of top high schools, the last time it was on the list was 2 years ago..
and I have to compete with all these kids in class rankings and I already know there will probably be 50+ kids ahead of me.

Schools I want to go to:
UCLA (absolute #1 choice, I'm OOS, so I'll probably be rejected, even if I have great stats)
UC Berkeley (^ same deal)
UNC -Chapel Hill
Georgetown
Boston College
Boston University
Duke

Schools I think are a tad out of my league:
Emory
Vanderbilt
(Georgetown)
(Duke)

Schools I'll apply to just for the sake of having options:
Michigan - legacy
NYU
Tufts
USC
UF
UM
FSU
Lafayette - legacy
Tulane - legacy
UCSB

Schools that I recently added to the list because I think I'll be rejected everywhere else:
U Virginia
U Connecticut
Elon
Occidental

Academics:

GPA - Unweighted: 3.615
GPA - Weighted: 4.50
Class Rank: I won't know until senior year

Scores:

SAT I Math: 560
SAT I Critical Reading: 690
SAT I Writing: 620
total: 1870

this was just my first time taking it, I know I can do better, I really didn't study before hand, I took a Kaplan course - 12 sessions, 4 practice tests, but I didn't go over my materials before the test, I guess thought I had adequately prepared and I didn't need to study...wrong. I am going to try and raise it to a 2000-2100+.

Extracurriculars:

Leo Club - 3 years
Interact Club (associated w/ Rotary) - 2 years - constant volunteering
O Ambassadors - 2 years
FBLA - 2 years
Italian Club - 2 years
Italian Honor Society - 2 years
National Honor Society - 2 years

Leadership positions:
Historian of Leo Club

Next year I will probably have a position in every club I have listed above.

Athletic Status -
Bowling Team next year

Volunteer/Service Work:
Organize blood drives
Interact volunteering
traveling to East Asia this summer to build a well/school

College Summer programs:
Selected to be in the Congressional Student Leadership Conference - summer program in D.C. or N.Y., senators speak and what not, I don't think I can go due to money issues, but can I put on my app. that I was chosen?

and I have like no awards, I can try to compete in the FBLA competition coming up but I don't know if I'll win anything

Here's basically my transcript (sorry if this is a ridiculous amount of info, I told you how much I was spazzing):

Before 9th: (this is just for requirements)
Algebra 1 Honors B
Earth Space Science Honors A

9th:
English Honors 1 A
Geometry Honors B
Biology 1 Honors A
World History Honors B
(I had a retarded teacher that was fired halfway through the year, I would've had an A otherwise, and if I would've known you could take AP's freshman year, I would've taken AP World and have gotten an A - the teacher was extremely easy)
Drama 1 A
Team Sports A
Personal Fitness B (again, bad teacher)

10th: (this is my bad year)
English Honors 2 B
Algebra 2 C
(I am going to beg my teacher to override it to a B, she loves me, so hopefully she'll do it)
Chemistry 1 B
(I was in honors-gifted Chem but I had a horrible teacher and flunked out so I had to transfer into regular chem, where I got all A's, but coupled with my original grades it came out to a B)
European History AP B - (5 on the exam)
Italian 1 B
Computers A
Health Life Management A
Drivers Ed A

11th: (estimating my grades, but they are pretty much guaranteed)
English 3 AP B (this is a really hard class, only several people can get A's)
Analysis of Functions Honors A
Anatomy Honors A
American History AP A
Psychology AP A
Art History AP A
Italian 2 A

Over this Summer:
Human Geography AP A
Statistics AP A
(I am forcing myself to take these classes over the summer even though it'll probably kill me, I am trying to raise my GPA and the GPA's I have listed above are only accurate if I take these two classes)

12th: (next year's schedule)
English 4 AP
Marine Biology Honors
Macroeconomics AP
U.S. Government AP
Italian AP
World History AP
