Hey, so after I took Honors biology, I stupidly decided to take the Bio E subject test, thinking that my knowledge from honors biology would suffice. I ended up getting a 540, and that score was sent to big and very competitive colleges. So although I have a good SAT score (2240), I know that the 540 for the Bio E subject test will hurt me. So I'm definitely going to take it again, but this time I'm going to study very hard to ensure a 750+. Will retaking the test and getting a 750+ negate that bad 540, or can colleges still use that score against me? I took the Bio E test in the beginning of my sophomore year, and right now I'm a junior. Would it look suspicious if my SAT bio score jump 200+ points?

As long as you increase your score to 700+ colleges will likely assume you had a bad test day.

Ok that’s a relief. Thanks @forkmaster
