Really creative experiment options for AP Chemistry post-exam project?

So since the AP exam is over, for the rest of the year we have to work on a project that utilizes all of our knowledge from this year. So...my original intent was to make a galvanic cell that powered a 60 watt lightbulb...but I don't think there is any reaction powerful enough to create a voltage that large. I could use a 1.5 volt lightbulb but I don't want to do all of this work to power something as tiny as that. -___- any suggestions? What other experiments could I do? She also wanted us to possibly do an organic lab, but I don't know what organic lab would be cool. By cool I mean something that would impress all of the AP science teacher. The lightbulb thing would be an awesome idea for my physics class too (I'm in honors physics)...we are going over electricity and we have a final project coming up as well.
