REALLY Low SAT II Scores

1st Sitting:
Math 2 - 540
Lit - 530
Chem - 470

2nd Sitting:
Math 2 - 620
Lit - 600
Bio - 590

I already sent my two highest scores from the first sitting to four schools, because I had deadlines to meet - no time to retake.

So I definitely need to send my new scores to those four schools, but which ones? Lit and Math 2 again, or all three this time? And what about schools that recommend subject tests, but don't require them (Ex: Emory, Vanderbilt) ? I realize that these scores are pretty pathetic but should I send them anyway?... or are they that bad that they would hurt me instead of help me?

Be honest. Please and THANK YOU! :)

It depends on what you want to do. If you’re planning to major in some sort of science, I would probably send in the Biology score in addition to Math 2 and Lit. Otherwise it just depends on whether you want to or not. But for the schools that don’t require them, I wouldn’t recommend sending them because to be honest they are pretty low. And, like I said before, if you are going to major in a science and the school does not require SAT 2, then definitely don’t send in your scores.

if schools don’t require, i wouldn’t send anything below 700.
